The 65cm Essentials Balance Ball & Base Kit offers flexibility for use in the office as a balance chair or for stability and core workouts. While used as a seat, the Balance Ball helps engage the core and improves balance and posture. The ball can be removed from the base for ball-only exercise. Inflation Instructions: It may be necessary to re-inflate the ball after initial inflation to allow the ball’s material to stretch to its final size. Inflate ball with air, let stand for 24 hours, deflate 50% then fill again to 65cm height
